CARYN CONSTANTINIDES

Caryn Constantinides is an Austin-based painter. A Graduate of Maryland Institute College of Art with a BFA in General Fine Arts and Graphic Design.

Caryn’s work uses color, texture and form to evoke emotion. Currently, her practice focuses on the contrast between thin layers of paint and heavy impasto. The process involves building up layers of paint and scraping them away to reveal the layers beneath .
